HOW TO
You can use the Rose Quartz Roller with the oils or separately, the choice is yours. For extra effect, place your roller in the fridge or freezer before use for best results.
There are two different ways to use the roller. One is in a gentle downward movement. This is detoxifying and stimulates lymphatic drainage. The second, is in a more vigorous and rejuvenating upward movement. This stimulates circulation and oxygenates the skin.
